To empower individuals of all ages and skill levels to become stronger, more confident, and pain-free through personalized training and expert coaching. We believe that fitness is more than just a workout—it’s a journey toward a healthier body and mind.
My family has always meant the world to me. With two amazing parents and four siblings, I grew up surrounded by support, competition, and a whole lot of love. They have shaped me into the person I am today and played a huge role in my journey—both in sports and in life.
My sister, Ashley, and brother, Nick, were instrumental in my softball career. Ashley has always been my role model—first as a player I looked up to, then as my coach, and eventually as my coaching partner. Nick, along with my parents, was always there—playing catch, pitching to me, and doing anything he could to help me improve.
Then there were my brothers, Andy and Austin. They were the ones who introduced me to weightlifting and strength training in the basement of our house. I may not have always been able to keep up with them, but they made sure I felt like I could.
My parents were right there in the mix of all the craziness that comes with raising five active kids. Dad could always be found pitching to us in the front yard, while Mom worked out on the elliptical as we blasted music and lifted weights in the basement.
A few years ago, my brother Andy, tragically passed away in a car accident. Losing him was heartbreaking, but one thing I’ve come to realize is that he will always be one of the seven members of our family. One of the ways I honor his life is by continuing to do the things we loved—especially weightlifting. I know in my heart that he’s played a huge role in me opening this gym, right alongside my parents and siblings.
-7 represents the seven members of my family.
-Plates represents both the weight plates in the gym and home plate in softball—the two biggest influences in my life.
Even now, my dad and I give hitting lessons together, and I’ve always dreamed of having batting cages and a gym in the same place. (Cough cough—not to drop any hints for the next big project! 😅😂)
"I have been training with Natalie for 4 years now. She is not only a great trainer but a great person! She cares about her trainees and impacts not only their fitness journeys but also their lives! After I tore my ACl in high school I trained with Natalie post-surgery. We completed multiple different training methods to ensure that I was ready to return to the field. She helped me not only get stronger but she helped changes my mentality. If it wasn’t for her I do not think I would be where I am right now in my athletic career. Natalie is one of the best, if you’re looking to get stronger as an athlete, or just be more active she help you achieve those goals!"

“As someone who asked Natalie for some help, I’d love to say that her workouts for me worked. I found myself more healthy & had the ability to move better in softball. To this day, I still use her workouts! She was an amazing help, answered any questions I was having. My heaviest weight was 230 & with her workouts & diet changes I was able to climb down to 170! Hit her up! She’s worth the money! I can never be more grateful for what she did for me on my weight loss journey”

“I started working with Natalie after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury and being unconscious for about 6 months. Natalie has helped me build my strength and stamina so now I can walk across a room unassisted and stand for short periods of time. She has also helped me with my hand-eye coordination so I can hit a softball again!”
