Meet natalie 

My passion for training started at home, lifting with my brothers in our basement gym. After reaching my goal of playing Division I softball in college, my passion for fitness and strength training grew even more leading me to become a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach at McKendree University, where I earned my CSCS certification. 

For the past five years, I’ve worked with people of all ages—helping athletes reach their dream colleges, guiding clients through injury rehab, and building strength at every level. Watching my clients succeed is why I do what I do, and I’m here to help you do the same!
